The Sony RMT-TX100B TV remote control works for select Sony LED and 4K Ultra HD TVs and is designed for direct infrared (IR) operation. This remote works for compatible Sony TVs right out of the package with no programming required. It operates TV functions only and requires a direct line of sight to the television; it will not control Blu-ray players, soundbars, or other external devices unless originally supported by the TV.
